30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love Tidaly. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked, no hassle.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription payment or most recent renewal
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)
  • This is your first refund request for the current subscription period

The 30-day guarantee applies to both new subscriptions and plan upgrades. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

Send an email to support@tidaly.io with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your account email]"

Confirm your account

Include the email address associated with your Tidaly account and your approximate sign-up date. No reason required.

We process it

Our team will review and approve your refund within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.

Funds returned

Refunds are processed via Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. What's Covered

Our refund policy covers:

  • Initial subscription payment
  • Plan upgrade payments
  • Renewals within 30 days of charge

Not Covered

  • Requests after 30 days
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations
  • Partial month usage fees

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future charges and ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all features until then. No refund is issued for the remaining days.

Refund returns the payment you already made and immediately terminates your subscription. Account access will end upon refund confirmation.

If you want to cancel to avoid future charges without losing immediate access, use the cancellation option in your account settings. If you want your money back, contact us for a refund.
